Grass Cutters and General Laborers Needed

Come join a winning team in Mandeville, La. and make money. We are looking for experienced and non-experienced grass cutters and general laborers.

• Full Time
• Week-ends
• Seasonal
• Year round work

Duties and responsibilities:

•  Contribute to property lawn care by performing mulching, weeding, and aerating duties.
• Trim trees, bushes, and hedges.
• Plant flowers, sow grass, and lay sod in designated areas.
• Rake leaves and oversee property compost.
• Experience in operating equipment such as mowers, blowers, electric clippers, and other  power tools.
•  Ability to work independently, with limited supervision.
• Ability to perform physical activities, including moving heavy objects, in extreme hot or cold conditions.

Skills/Abilities:

• Use hand equipment with mechanized moving blades such as gas powered shears
• Use manual hand tools such as shovels
• Work from elevated heights such as an 8’  ladder
• Use a hand shovel for extended period
• Moves soil, equipment, and materials, digs holes, and plant trees, shrubs

The work covers diverse projects – both in around Mandeville as well as out in the country – the jobs range from cutting grass and planting  gardens to edging and trimming bushes, shrubs, and trees.
